O/T old timers Cheri Drama past situation

I got a check in the mail for restution to me for the money I donated back then.  Anyone else get this? I just want to make sure this is legit before I deposit check.  lol lol  Don't want to be had aga.  It did come from Johnson County Clerk of Court in IA and has her name and alisa and stuff like that on there.  Looks official.  lol

last i heard she was in jail lol  hope it isnt her.  but then again once a theif always one wouldnt put it past her to try some kinda new scam even while in jail.  lol

I believe I read on here that she was released about 5 months ago. Tried to warn the ladies of the Bump. They didn't like it....oh well, what can you do?

Great...... Oh well at least you tried to warn them  They will learn the hard way like we did about 2-3 years ago.  I must say she was good at scamming.  Cause I can usually read right through people but my goodness she had me hook line and sinker.  I believe every sappy word she said.  And she did not nearly get the money from me that she got from others on here.  Oh well live and learn.  If the newbies don't listen they will be the ones whinning about being "took" soon enough!

I know someone found a page for her on Facebook recently. I was not around when all this went on but from what they say she is out. Hope you guys get everything back!

Hmm.  I haven't gotten anything as of yet.  That is odd, though, because they had me take the rest of the money and donate it to charity....

She did get released -- a work release program.  Perhaps they are taking the money she makes and paying back everyone.  That is great!

Gosh Ann and I know you gave alot.  Not just money to! Now I am suspicious of depositing the check.  lol lol  trust me it isnt for that much maybe I will just let it slide.  It is done and over with and hopefully I wont fall again.
