IT'S BEEN OVER A 1 WK & STILL NO WL!! I'm 3 1/2 months post-op

Isn't it too soon for me to b @ a weightloss stall?? I started @ 377lbs but during the 2 wk shake diet lost 16lbs. My wls was on 08-18-10 @ 361lbs. So far I've been so estatic w/my wl.. I am now @ 295lbs but have been this weight for a little over a week. I don't consume no more than 800 calories a day n thats pushing it. I do however realize w/Thanksgiving dinner I was able to eat some stuffing n Turkey but still very very minimal. I dont understand it since I cant consume no more than 4 mayb 5oz of food per meal time.. I still take my vitamins, drink water, smar****ers/vitamin waters which r great. Sometimes I treat myself to a 4oz diet 7-up but again thats sometimes. Kinda confused n nervous abt this.. Can anybody help?? Oh just to let u know on turkey day I only ate abt mayb 2oz of turkey n 4oz of stuffing throughout the entire day. I really don't think that was bad for me @ all.. Anyway hope to hear from u all soon. Enjoy the holidays all..

omg!! thx so much. duhhh i feel stooooopiiiiid!! lol i was reading into the pregnancy forum just because n so overwhelmed w/this weight stall forgot to switch over. thx for tell me.. Happy Holidays!!!

I know you are going back over to your other forum...but just wanted to throw in my two cents that maybe now that you're almost 4 months out from surgery...you need to increase your calories a little - 800 calories is very low.  Concentrate as much as possible on the protein, also.  Thanksgiving was a treat w/the stuffing - and that's perfectly fine - but for now, until you're window of 'easy' weight loss closes (18-24 months), keep focusing on the protein as much as possible.  With EVERY meal...protein first...THEN whatever else you're having (most of the time veggies are better than fruit...less calories).

You've done great so far (100+ pounds is awesome!).  Don't get discouraged at a stall after that much weight loss...your body's busy trying to figure out WTF is going on, so it's normal.
