Low Reticolycte count
So my perinatologist found that my anemia is not iron related but rather is related to a low reticolycte count. He is referring me to a hematologist. Anyone else experience this?

Hi! I was dying for some responses( have low iron issues too) but so far, none. Looks like you need to up your B12 and Folic Acid as you are not producing enough red blood cells as there are no/low stores in your bone marrow. See this: http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/reticulocyte +count
