Speaking of Aut Flo!!!
So ladies, question for you. My twins are now 6 months, and AF is still such a roller coaster! unpredictable, painful, and longer lasting than before. I went for an exam last month and everything checked out in that department. I was told to give it time. But, this is so wierd! Anyone else have this happen? How long did it last? Just looking for a little reassurance!

I hate to tell you, but it can take a really long time. Lydia was 14 months when I got pregnant again, and according to my cycle, baby should be about a week and a half older than he/she is. Meaning: my ovulation was STILL unpredictable. There are a lot of teas out there to help you get regulated. If you check your local health food store, they can suggest some ... Good luck!
