Frustrated w/AF - or lack thereof!

No OPKs this month since we're not trying until this cycle is over.  I did POAS just to make sure & it was negative.  It's probably just my body walking to the beat of its own drum - again - doing its own thing despite what I want it to do..

After my D&C, AF didn't show up for a whole month.  We kept waiting and waiting for it, so I could start my 2nd IVF cycle, and it just didn't show.  My RE said it was common after that type of procedure. 

During my first IVF cycle, I had a small cycst on my ovary.  My RE sent me for blood tests and the cyst was not producing estrogen, so I was told it was OK.  Had it been, it would have been aspirated.  I was told that these small cysts were pretty comon and it's just something that developed.  It didn't hold up my AF. 

I also do the Lovenox injections before my transfers for a blood clotting disorder. Not fun, but hoping they will get the job done!  Just gotta make sure you are extra careful, a small cut and the blood just pours out of you like a faucet!!!


I'm just kind of jumping in here, and not sure exactly what you are going through, but I just wanted to wish you good luck!

My first cycle post-D&C showed up exactly on schedule 30 days afterwards.  It's the 2nd cycle that was on vacation.  It FINALLY showed up Monday night - 47 days later!!!   Aaarrrggg. 

You start your injections BEFORE you get pregnant?  That's what I'm trying this time around...AF showed up so I started the injections.  I've done the injections after a BFP 3x and still ended up w/a mc...so hopefully an earlier start on the injections will help? 

Do you have any other symptoms w/blood clotting problems?  Or does yours only show up during pregnancy?  That's the only time mine rears it's ugly head (that's the assumption they're going on re the 5 mc...at least when they're not beating me over the head at being an old woman).
