My friend had the same result on the neck fold scan, but her blood work came back ok - as a low risk. So, their Dr decided not to do amnio/ cvs and her baby is healthy as can be x - she was 38yrs old.
I would think that 12 weeks would be a little early for that. Second opinion. At my 20 week, the tech said my baby's head measured small. Good luck and I hope everything turns out well for you!
