Nuclear Medical testing/Xrays while pregnant......... Any takers??

I was going in to have my Gall Bladder removed and for preop they do several test including a pregnancy test. The urine test came back positive and they did a blood test just to be sure. That came back positive as well. The nurse said the numbers in the blodd test showed that I was about 6 weeks.  Well on 11/12  at my doctors request I had to take several test to see if I had gall stones. One of the test was an ultrasound and the second test was a nuclear test. This is where they put a blue chemical in you via an IV and do an xray for an hour. During the xray process the blue chemical is suppose to light up your organs to give the doctor a clearer picture.  Obviously I had no idea I was pregnant or I wouldn't have consented to the test.

My question is: What's going to happen now. I had an xray whi*****luded a nuclear test.

I remember someone else on this board had some testing similar to that done when they didn't know they were pregnant yet either and her baby was just fine. I hope everything is fine with your baby as well. Try not to worry, I know it's easier said than done.

What they use is "low low grade" nuclear med...
You will be fine. I had xrays done on my back andmy heart and pelvis WITHOUT even knowing i was pregnant. everything was good.
