5 months old!!
Harmony is 5 months old now. I can't believe how time flies. She is just an amazingly happy baby. She's always smiling and giggling. It has gotten harder to take her with me to work because she wants to do more and is not able to be on the floor at my work, so I have put her in childcare while I'm teaching. She seems to be doing well there and Ruby is with her which makes it better cause she'll tell me everything that goes on.
Harmony can sit pretty well and loves to sit and play. She really loves things. Anything she can grab and touch, she loves. The simple things can keep her busy for a long time, it is nice. However, I can see a temper evolving in her. When Ruby takes toys from her she will scream! They really are going to need to learn to share with each other.
Harmony has eaten rice cereal, sweet potatoes, squash, green beans, peas, and carrots. She seems to love them all. She really wants to feed herself but I'm still unsure as to when to start giving cheerios. She has taken to a sippy cup really well. I put about a teaspoon of grape juice and the res****er in a sippy cup and she seems to like it. I've only given her sips so far, but she's trying to do it herself, it's pretty cute. Next week we will start the fruits. Does anyone know when to start feeding them more than once a day? Right now since I'm just introducing foods, she only eats solids at night. She's really loving the solids and I wonder if it's ok to do more than once a day.
She sleeps amazingly at night. I put her in bed anywhere from 8-9pm and she usually wakes to be fed between 5-7am and then will go back down for a few more hours to sleep. She doesn't sleep much during the day though, just short little naps no more than an hour.
She's still pretty small, but I can tell recently she's putting on more weight. She's in 3-6 month clothes and still a couple 0-3 month. I'm guessing she's around 13-14 lbs since her 4 month visit she was 12lbs 1 oz.
She's rolled over from her belly to her back several times but hasn't even thought about crawling yet. She really doesn't like to be on her belly for long she'd rather try to sit even though she can only sit for a few minutes before toppling over.
Anyway, here are some pictures.

What a cutie! Rowan haaated tummy time as well, and I think that is part of why it took him a bit longer to start crawling.

Mom to two of the cutest boys on earth.
Wow! She is gorgeous! Lorelai doesn't like tummy time much either. I was wondering if that would slow down her crawling, but I don't worry too much since crawling isn't even a milestone docs look for.
Mommy to 2 of the most beauiful little girls in the whole universe and still in love with my hubby of 8 years. LIFE IS GOOD!
