I know how you feel! It is normal to go through weight gain during pregnancy with our without weightloss surgery. I feel it too sometimes but you have to remind yourself that it is mostly baby weight and it is for a good cause regardless. Your baby needs you to be healthy and that is important. The weight can come off! We just have to focus extra hard after the birth! Hang in there! You are only 5 weeks, you have a lot longer to go! Don't look at the scale anymore, but just be concious of what you eat.
