Pre Natal Vitamins- how many per day??

Currently I take six bariatric advantage vitamins a day. My endo just switched me to prenatal vitamins since I am going to try and conceive in march. My qustion is, how many pre natal vitamins do I need to take a day? I am not very good at figuring out all the numbers...... I hope someone can help. He put me on Prefer OB One.

Why not ask your endo? Seems like a quick call to the nurse will give you an answer.

Why were you on 6? Were you deficiant in something? I only take 2 per day of the BA and my levels are fine.
