I am interested in purchasing one. I just wanted to know your advice on which one I should buy? Any suggestions on ones you have used? pros and cons?

How soon where you able to here the heartbeat this way?

Thanks

I had one from HiBebe. It came with 2 tubes of ultrasound gel. It says, use after 10 weeks, but it picked mine up after 7, sporatically. I had the digital one, it was about $100.00, including shipping.
It was also how I realized something was wrong. So if you are a worry fanatic, be sure to get a good quality one like this, or there are even better ones available, I believe.

Forgot to add, I got mine from an online store called healthchecksystems. They have one that even picks it up at 8 weeks.

thank you, and yes I WORRY! lol. We have tried to get pregnant for 9, yes 9 years with no bfp and so scared. I know this will make my mind at ease. I do want a good one, because I don't want to worry about not finding the heartbeat.

Thanks so much!

I was a HUGE worrier. I rented one bor $20/month from babysheart.com. I was able to hear the heartbeat the first day I got it in the mail (first day of week 10). It was a life saver for me. Saved my sanity when I was worried anyway.

Best wishes,
Kina

I got a sonoline B. I paid like $65.00 for it. I got baby's HB like 9 weeks or so. It worked really well for me.

Thanks for all the responses. I ended up going on ebay and bought a brand new one for $65. I will pass it on to my sister when she gets pregnant, so we will get our moneys worth. lol

i picked up one at a rummage sale for $5! Bebe sounds prenatal heart listener. Instructions said to wait til at least 20 weeks to bea able to really hear. I did pick up a heartbeat a few weeks ago, but nothing since then. I'm sure we will be listening to it in the upcoming months though!
(FYi..I see a lot of these for sale on craigslist for so much less)
