3D Ultrasound Pictures!

Hi, Everyone!

Just wanted to share our 3D Ultrasound pictures from today.  Hubby and I were totally blown away, and now more than ever are looking forward to meeting our little girl!  The ultrasound tech said that she was already "reeeeeally long" and estimated that she weighs between 2-3 pounds.  She also has really big feet (just like her mommy... I wear a size 10, LOL).  We think she's also going to have my nose (short and turned up instead of long and pointy like daddy's).  She was snuggled up against my placenta for the majority of the time, but we did get some good pictures.  Here she is!

Awww! How adorable that is! I'm planning on going to a Prenatal Peek here in SC too for the 3d pics, but not until around the first week in February. I'm going to try to hold off as long as I can. If that's even possible hahaha!

The ultrasound tech told us that the best time to go is between 26-29 weeks. After that, I guess they grow so much that they get "smooshed" in the womb and it's harder to get clear pictures. As it was, I'm nearly 28 weeks, and my baby was already running out of room, LOL.

You're gonna love it! The pictures are awesome, but actually SEEING your baby move its little mouth, fingers, and toes... it's unreal!

Well, you made me do some researching and I actually called and scheduled our appointment for Dec 8th. We're going to take all 3 of the girls to this one in the evening too, so they can feel included versus just the oldest one going to the last one.

I'm so stinkin excited and so glad you gave me this advice or I would have probably waited way too long! Thanks girl!! :)

Hey! We just had our 3D/4D done a couple of weeks ago and it was AMAZING! I was having all of these bad thoughts about being in labor and giving birth and the pain, but after I saw our daughter's litle face that sort of just all went away. I'm still a little nervous but I definatly feel more at ease and now I just can't wait to hold her! I think getting these 4D ultrasounds help a lot! It's different when all you feel sis kicks and jabs but when you get the chance to see your baby's lil face it's sooo REAL! Your pics are great, she's BEAUTIFUL!

Thanks! I'm with you... I am beginning to feel kind of nervous about L&D, but seeing her smiling in there made all of that go away.
