5 Successful weeks!!
Hello everyone!! Hope you all are doing exceptional and enjoying the weekend!! I just thought I would share that hubby and I have successfully made it to 5 weeks with no smoking what so ever! I couldn't be prouder of him for sticking it out with me :) It hasn't been the easiest and there are definitely days when I feel I could just grab one and puff, but I'm sticking hard to my guns and trying to keep myself and my family healthier.
My husband stopped taking the Chantix after about 2 weeks, but he is still on the band wagon with me. So, we're both happy to have made it through 1 month and 1 week together!! :)
On another note- I'm struggling with coming up with boy names for baby...grrr! I had like a 1000 and 1 different girl names I loved and had myself convinved this baby was a girl because I didn't want to be let down and now that we know it's a boy I'm drawing a blank still...any suggestions?? We want an uncommon name, but not too off the wall lol
Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!!!

Thank you! I'm not sure why, but I'm even more proud of my hubby than myself-- he was a straight up chain smoker, so his commitment to me keeps me in awe!
Names--hmmmm ya it's TOUGH! I didn't think it was going to be this hard, but wow it seems like every boy name out there is a common name and I can't figure out something a little differemt and uncommon.

Thanks Chelle! I'm planning to have a "ME" day this week. I still have my gift card from my hubby for a pregnancy massage, so I'm thinking I'm going to go get that done and then go get my hair done...soemthing so simple, but I'm willing to spend a little bit! :) We treated hubby the other night with a new pair of fleece lounge pants and a pair of sneakers!! Doesn't seem like much either, but I have a husband that I swear never asks or needs anything!
I still can't even begin to understand how we afforded to pay for the cigarettes! 30 dollars a carton doesn't seem like a lot, but between 2 people smoking almost if not more than a pack a day- it baffles me that we had the money to do it!!!

That is super awesome... I'm so proud of you!
As far as names are concerned... that's a really personal decision, so I can't help you there. I tend to like traditional/family names... and one of my friends just named her son "Ryatt". Like, Riot. *shudder*

Congrats! Everyday down is another proud notch on your belt! i quit 5 1/2 years ago, and am so happy I did! I feel so good!
As far as names, that is always a hard one. With my son, we named him Demetri after my father-in-law and I get a lot of the "wow, that is one we do not hear a lot of", yet it is still not a very uncommon name either. Not one the teacher stops and pre reads 10-20x's on the first day of school.
