Did anyone continue to lose weight throughout the entire pregnancy?
I'm 14 weeks now and have continued to lose throughout the pregnancy, thus far. I spoke with my OB today about my concerns and she's going to do an u/s on Monday just to be sure the baby's getting everything s/he needs and is growing on schedule.
She mentioned, though, that it's entirely possible that I may never gain weight and that's ok as long as the baby is growing properly.
A couple of things to consider, we lost the last three babies (over about 18 months prior to my surgery) and I had the sleeve on January 11th of this year.
Can you please share your experiences?

I'm @ 24 wks and haven't gained any weight. (I fluctuate up and down a couple of lbs from constipation/bloating).
I was not at my goal weight when I found out I was pregnant 9 mo post-VSG. I had lost 130 lbs in 9 months, going from 330 to 200, so I still have plenty of extra body fat. My OB is not concerned at all and baby is growing fantastic.
As long as you're focusing on eating healthy, calorie and nutrient dense foods, you don't need to worry about the baby. Your body will do what it's supposed to do. Make sure you're taking your vitamins/calcium so YOU aren't loosing anything and try to relax.

I am 6 six years out. I got pregnant about 4 years out, then 5 years out, and 6 years out. LOL With all three boys, I lost weight or stayed the same weight all the way up to my 8 months. I think I gained a total of 8 to 10 pounds total in the last months. I never really looked pregnant at all. One week before I delivered, someone asked me when the baby was due and then when I told her the next week she just looked at me. Then she finally said I looked maybe 3 months and that was pushing it. I have also been asked if I had lost the baby a few times. BUT all three are here and VERY active. They were all small, right around 5 pounds and 4 ounces. They were growing just fine and on target until about 33 weeks and then they were slowing down but made it all the way to 39 weeks. LOL One wanted to see the world even sooner and came at 35 weeks by HIS choice. lol Good luck. I think personally everything will be fine. Just pray to God. He does answer prayers.
I still have not "gained" anything & I'm 36 wks pregnant. I was 161 lbs, when I found out that I was pregnant. I got down to 145 lbs @ one point. I have have stayed right around 155 lbs for the past 3-4 months. I'm probably not the best example. I got pregnant, unexpectedly, very early post-op (4 months). Baby was measuring right on trac****il about 4 wks ago. Now, she has fallen behind in size. It is possible to be healthy & have a healthy baby...You can do it !!! I wish you & baby the very best : )
I am 19 weeks.. I was loosing.. started out pregnancy at 185, lost down to 172.. and now gained to 175. but funny, i look very pregnant already! doctor doesnt seem too concerned, and really i think its because i am eating more often, and sometimes more in quantity too. (still not "average" quantity though)
We have a different surgery, but I lost weight for about the first half of my pregnancy and just started gaining a bit around 30 weeks, but I'm still in the negative for weight gain. Don't stress about it. Take your vitamins, eat good protein and I hope everything goes well! My bariatric surgeon said that small but healthy babies are quite common after WLS, and that they catch up with older siblings on height but have lower BMI - sounds good to me.
