OMG I gained 4 pounds in two weeks and  most of it during the hollween weekend. I am so mad at myself becsue I know better but this pregnancy has made it so hard with  the cravings and then I cant work out the way I want too. I am now trying so hard to keep my weight down I know have lost two of the pounds that I gain. But I am still MAD at myself because of it.

Ya I'm feeling the pain on this one. I went from a gain of 8lbs at my doctor's visit 2 weeks ago to a gain of 13 lbs, so I've gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks. you ARE not alone and we're ALL different here girl! Try not to get yourself too mad and stress over it. If there's anyone here who knows how you feel it's the people on this board because we're right there with ya!

Feel better and try not to stress!! :)

I think it's normal towards the end of your pregnancy to gain weight.  The baby is gaining weight him/herself right now, too.  You could also be having water weight gain - retaining water.

Don't bash yourself too much...just remember your #1 goal is a healthy baby - and the due date is coming up in a month and a half~ish.  Once the baby's here, you'll be back able to get back to working out and getting back in shape.

More importantly - someone said long ago when I first came to this board - remember YOU'RE PREGNANT, NOt FAT!

More than likely your body is just retaining fluid in preparation for labor/delivery.

With my twins I gained 10+ lbs in the final weeks and lost all of it before I even left the hospital. It was jus****er weight.

Hang in there! Any weight you gain now is for a good cause- a healthy baby!

They are not really ground up turkey, more like actual cuts of turkey breast. We cook them on the grill and I melt a thin slice of cheeze on top, they are SO much better than any other turkey burger I've tried. A little more expensive than other brands, but excellent and a great source of protien.

Awe, hun! Don't be so upset! Your pregnant, it will happen! I know I give in to my cravings more than I should... Im terrible! I gained 10lbs and I am only 21 weeks. Don't worry about it. It is for the baby. You only have a little bit to go, just over a month and a half. Most of my friends gained 50lbs (on avg) during their pregnancy! You will lose it when your baby is here! You will be running around with a baby and losing sleep- no time to eat. That is what usually happens to me! You will go home from the hospital an avg of 11lbs less than you went in, and in the first month lose 9-11lbs in placenta, blood, and fluid. You'll do fine! Cheer up! Put the scale away! & get excited about that baby!
