You may need to resize it. Go through the help menu on this site and see if you can't use the program they have there to make it size appropriate. It's got some pretty easy and explained steps to help ya through it. I had huge issues with uploading pics on the site and I know how annoying it can be. Hope that helps! Good luck!

I took a copy of mine, and re-sized it for a mobile phone. That was the only option, after trying a zillion other ways.
