AF arrived-- feeling really disappointed
AF arrived today-- of course, my usually very predictable period was 2 FULL DAYS LATE, allowing me to feel a teeny bit hopeful (I was planning on testing on Friday if it still hadn't arrived)
I feel very tearful and emotional that it didn't happen for us this cycle.... and I feel stupid and guilty feeling sorry for myself since this was our first full cycle of TTC baby #3.... But, I can't help it.... I thought we had done it... I had a good feeling about things.
I'm going to try and keep busy today to keep my mind off of it, and focus on/be hopeful for our next cycle. I just hate the ups-and-downs that accompany TTC!
Good luck to everyone else TTC... I hope to see everyone's BFPs on here really soon, and send some baby-dust my way :)

I'm sorry! Try to stay busy to keep your mind off of it....your two week wait will be back in no time! I know that's not easy right now.
I had a revelation the other day.....I'm either spending money to GET pregnant or spending money to KEEP from getting pregnant. OPK's and such are much cheaper than birth control...so I figured I saved a bunch in the TTC stage. Sex was always way more fun too! I guess my point here is: enjoy this stage in the journey....it too shall soon pass!

We are definitely enjoying it (the sex part).... what I don't enjoy is the not-having-complete-control-part LOL, I am a total control freak.... no OPKs so far, just judging when I O by EWCM and counting days--- but we do it every day so I think I'm covering all my bases no matter what....
We are using PreSeed, which is expensive--- but it will be worth it when I get my BFP! :)

Sorry. Look into Evening Primrose Oil caplets, they are supposed to help your cervical mucus quality. I just ordered my husband 3 mos supply of Fertilaid and hover over him as he takes them 3x a day. I am probably getting on his nerves. But, hey...with all the herbs and vitamins they have available now to speed things a long, I'm all for them

I took double the dose. I went to walmart and bought the bigglest mg pills they had, and took 1 in the am & pm. If you are worried, you can always take 3 a day.
I tried it after 2 months of TTC with no luck. On the 3rd month, I got pregnant. There is also something called Fertili-tea that you can buy from Amazon. It's main ingredient is primrose oil but it is a PITA to make every day. It's other benefits are reducing joint pain (if you have bone issues) and also an anti-inflammitory for acne or rashes. So, it's not a bad thing to have too much of :)
