I too pray that everything is alright for you...hopefully the clot you passed wasn't the baby...I'll be keeping you in my prayers and watching for your update.

The clot she passed couldn't have been the baby. When I passed mine at 9 weeks, it was the size of a flattened out meatball (I'm assuming it was the whole "package" for lack of a better word).
Try and rest before your appt. Easier said than done, but try.

I'm so sorry for your loss:( Yes easier said than done indeed. My BFF called and talked to me for awhile so I had no choice but to sit and talk on the phone. All seems to be ok for now anyway.

I delivered 6 weeks early a 5lb 15oz lil boy:) After spending 2 months on bed rest in the hospital and Mason spending 11 days in the NICU, we're both home and doing great! Mason is getting bigger and gaining weight like he should. Now it's my turn to lose this weight! It's tough to get back on the band wagon...I CAN do this!

Ok, I am back now. Saw baby on ultrasound moving and heart a beating:) Doc said it looks like the IUD is collecting some fluid/blood around it. It is just above the opening of the cervix so that's why there's the bleeding. He said he's reasonibly obtimistic about the outcome, but for now we're taking things day by day. Bleeding has stopped for now, he said it may come back though and if it does to call them. Next OB check is in 4 weeks on Dec 1 when hopefully we'll find out the sex:)

My heart dropped for you, that was until I read your very last update. I am glad you have good news now. I would be flipping out until I saw the ultrasound. Glad to hear everything is ok.

I'm glad everything turned out ok. If you are going to keep the IUD in and have these bleeding spells, maybe consider getting a medical grade doppler? You can get them on amazon or Ebay for under $100.00, less if used. Maybe it will give you some peace of mind.
The one I had was from HiBebe, and picked up the heartbeat at 7weeks even though it said after 10 weeks on the manual.

Good idea, I actually rented one when I was pregnant with #2.....I am going to look into that again.
