It is VERY interesting that you have posted this! lol

I just interviewed twice last week (M & F lol) for a new job and the first interview I didnt even think about it.  I dressed professionally, went in there-blew them away and had my 2nd interview on Friday.  I wore something that was still professional but I could tell more in the outfit lol  Well the results are I start my new job on Dec 6th and I AM preggers but I have been told that they can not ask you if you are or discriminate towards you either.  But like someone else posted, they can figure out other ways to fire you. 

I am only taking 3 weeks maternity leave so its not like they are losing me for very long anyways.

Thanks Susiecutie as this gives me hope that perhaps the employer will not discriminate and see me as a viable candidate. Keeping my fingers crossed and I plan to knock their socks off!!!

Why hide it? They're just going to know in a few months anyway, and if I was your employer, I'd be more upset that you hid it in the beginning.

Just let them know and stress that you'll be back after the maternity leave. You have, what, 18 weeks to go? That's almost five months.

They should be fine with it.
