Protein Drinks?

I normally drink Syntrax Nectar protein drinks, are these okay during pregnancy?

That depends on your stance on artificial sweeteners. I don't think they contain anything else that could be considered potentially harmful.

I drink my protein shake a day still. I am more of a fan of Myoplex but, they do have artificial sweeteners and it is up to you if you want to have that. I limit it to one a day right now though!
