Vitamin deficiency?

I am thirteen weeks pregnant, and had the surgery 5 years ago. I just had some blood tests and it turns out that my vitamin b12 and vitamin b1 is low. Has anyone had this in pregnancy? I'm totally freaked out that the baby will be hurt in some way or have a defect because of it.

I have had a vit d defic. since my surgery and when I found out that I ma pregnant, my PCP took me off my b-12 shots and thnkfully many of the women on this page told me that it is Necessary to stay on it for the sake of side effects of the baby....did theyput you on anything? I would ask them....
