6 months out on Nuvaring - late?

I have been using the Nuvaring since I was about 3 weeks out of surgery, it has been great, worked like clockwork! I have severe PCOS, and have not had a period for over 2 years before surgery, now I take out the ring and they start within a day, 2 at the most.

Now this month, I removed my ring on Sunday - and still nothing today. Could I be pregnant? I am supposed to put a new ring in on Sunday - if I am pregnant will that hurt anything?
 
I am nervous - I don't think I will be able to tell if I am this early, don't know if I should put the new ring in or not till I find out for sure.

Has anyone else gotten pregnant on the Nuvaring? How far out were you?

I am not to goal yet, and worried...not that I would not be happy about being pregnant, just not ready yet.

you should buy a test and make sure. Taking birth control of any kind is not a good thing while being pregnant. I have heard a LOT of Nuvaring and pregnancy stories, so ease your mind and get a test. Hope it all turns out the way you want it too. If you are late, then it should show up. you can always have blood test as well, I believe that does not lie.

I can't give you any advice.  I have taken different forms of birth control and still never have a period.  I just want to wish you the best and I would personally test with a digital.

I have a friend who's co-worker just got pregnant for the 2nd time on the Nuvaring.

I've been using it for about 3 years without any problems and no pregnancy.  I also take my ring out on Sunday, but don't start my period until Wed. and then I put in a new one on Sunday.  Seems odd that you haven't had it at all, but take a test just to be sure.

Took a test and it was negative - mixed feelings about that - I would be happy to be pregnant, but do think it is better to wait a few more months. Only 50 lbs left to get to goal - then we can start!
