Incesional hernia anyone?

So back in May I had emergency surgery for an intussusception, while 30 weeks preggo mind you. ( See story here http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/IN/4171885/Was-heading-to- my-baby-shower-and-ended-up-in-E-Surgery/)

So I go in today for a consult with Dr. Bergman for a tummy tuck. While feeling around on my tummy she says, wow did you know you have a hernia?  Had not clue.  I thought that was just the way the scar healed from the surgery in May plus just having a baby etc.  Now I know why my jeans dont fit right, ha!

Just wondering if anyone else has had one.  I have to call Dr. C this afternoon and get in to see her.  Good news is Dr. B said they could fix it and do the tummy tuck at the same time. 

I haven't heard about this. What are the symptoms of something like that? I'm curious cause I had a C section in June and my belly is hard down by the incision and sometimes I get some pain, but I just have been writing it off.

I had a fleur-di-lis (anchor) tummy tuck 2.5 years ago. I'm 20 weeks pregnant now and have a big painful lump about 4 inches above my belly button along the midline scar. Really painful and big! BUT the doctors all have told me that it's only a cyst. I thought surely a hernia too!

It's rather weird feeling now tha tI know its there its like a hard lump under the skin, just right under my scar.  It does not hurt yet, but I understand that most do especially when  you cough, sneeze, etc.  I will know more on Tuesday when I have my doc apt.
