Ketones?

Have any of you had high ketones during your pregnancy?  The nurse told me today that I had high ketones and it meant you were either dehydrated or hungry...I drink plenty of water,  and I was hungry at the time I gave the urine sample, but was wondering if the high ketones may be a result of RNY?  I'm almost 20 months out from RNY.

it also means your lacking in the carbs dept... you NEED to up your carbs.. its crucial for baby brain development
