Not quite a year out, and Surprise!
I have always been in touch with my body and last week I started telling my husband, I think I might be pregnant. Now, I am no where near far enough to have symptoms, but I just "knew". So this past Saturday I decided to test. Then I immediately started sobbing hysterically when it came back positive.
This will be my 4th child, and I am not quite a year post op. I am already deficient with many vitamins, so I am very scared. Not only for health of baby, but myself as I have three already to care for.
Was guided here by a few that are posters here, and hope that I can find some guidance. I have a history of ectopic pregnancy so I already have an appointment schduled for this week. I am lost as to how much food, what vitamins to take...will my taking high doses harm the baby or help...So much on my mind, and trying not to spaz out!
Morning:
Bariatric Advantage multi chewable
Celebrate calcium citrate 500mg
Folic acid
Noon
Vit D 1000mg
Calcium 500ml
DHA 250 mlg
Night
BA chewable multi
Calcium 500mg
Also, my monthly B12 shot. Hope you are staying away from the flinstones lol.
I am low in B12, Iron and Vit D
Taking my two multis, 1500 calcium, B12 shot bi-weekly, and 50,000 IU Vit D once a week. I also have iron I should be taking but can't seem to get down so need to find chewables.
My folate was low too, so I am wondering if I need to pick up a folic acid.
My biggest worry is calories. I have been at 800-1200 for months now, do I increase?
