I have a quick question.  I've seen some posts about RNY patiens being considered "high-risk".  What does that mean exactly?  Why high risk?  high risk for what?  What do they do with you diff. when you are high-risk?  Anyone have a bad experience with pregnancy, delivery, or a sick baby because of RNY?

It varies from OB to OB- hospital to hospital, some consider any WLS  that includes malabsorption to be high risk, some don't. There are also some MW's that won't accept WLS mamas in their practice.
"High Risk" can mean a lot of different things, again depending on the OB. Usually you'll receive more/and or higher resolution ultrasounds (3D) to check growth and may see a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist in addition to your regular OB. It could also mean frequent blood tests to check your blood count for vitamins/minerals.

The vast majority of pregnant women go on to have perfectly healthy pregnancies/babies post-RNY.

I was had to see the high risk OB for extra ultrasounds just to make sure Xavier was growing normally. That was the only thing I had to do because of WLS.
