I was just wondering how everyone is feeling? I am 17 weeks now and feeling pretty darn good considering my first two I was PIH and sick often. With this one, my 3rd boy, I have had NO morning sickness and I feel great other than severe exhaustion (still) which subsided with my other 2 after the first trimester. Happy Friday moms, ttc,  & moms to be!

I love my Soldier too :) My husband Todd is in the military, so a proud ARMY WIFE I am!

I'm feeling a lot better now I'm in my 2nd trimester. The 1st was rough and I seemed to always be tired no matter how much sleep I got. Lot more energy these days and starting to work on the baby's nursery. I know it's early, but since I'm having a girl it's so much fun to pick out very girly stuff :) . Thanks for asking sweetie and sorry to hear you're still exhausting, but praying that passes for you soon. Happy Friday to you too!

Thank you Gina!
My husband is military too. We are at Fort Benning, GA. I love it here. I hated Fort Hood, TX.

I have started the nursery too. It is never too early. Especially because you never know what can happen. My first two were early. So we are making sure everything is ready to go too. I love it. My lil' man is kick boxing already. LOL.

Thanks! Hopefully I will get some energy soon! I really think it is my iron. I had low iron before surgery, but I stay around 10 now (12 is avg or bottom line, whatever they call it) and I take iron daily but I may need to increase it. I don't know. I could be wrong. Can't wait to go back to the ob and get help!

I was feeling AWESOME, until about a week ago, when I had a craving for white castles and I had them in the fridge for a few days and thought, it won't hurt to have another one. Well WRONG, I gave myself food poisoning! Now I cannot eat and I feel horrible! I hope to feel better soon, but I have lost 8 lbs in a week! Other than that I am pretty good

Well, I'm almost to 19 weeks come Sunday and I must say I'm feeling wonderful! The first trimester was not so bad and it seemed to fly right by. No morning sickness and nothing bad except the EXTREME gas that's still exsistent now. I have my next appointment scheduled on October 18th and we will have the anatomy ultrasound, results of genetic blood testing, and the results of my early A1C screening. These next 10 days really need to pick up quickly! I'm still my usual self except today is day 5 of NO smoking for hubby and me!! :) We've both had our urges, but together we're still going strong...especially today on the phone when I thought I was going to choke the chick on the other end...gotta love customer service people- NOT!!! Other than that- all is well with the pregnancy!!

PS...I hated Ft Hood myself!!! I met my hubby when he was deployed with 1st Cav in 2007. I moved there and spent a year there with him before he got out of the Army. I don't miss it ONE bit!!!

I'm only 6 1/2 wks, but the extreme exhaustion is the biggest thing for me.  I was nauseated 2 days, but that's it. But, oh my goodness, I am just so sleepy during the day but can't  sleep at night!  But I'm not complaining, though.  Waited several yrs for this, so I will gladly be exhausted!

Yep, definately refilled my Zofran again today :).... It's not going anywhere anytime soon. Talk to me sometime in Feb. The only good thing is that despite me loosing, he appears to be growing well. He's measuring a week ahead and my first son measured a week behind and ended up weighing 9 pounds!

glad someone's feeling good! enjoy it!

I mostly feel sooo tired. But I can not for the life of me sleep through the night. I wake up every few hours. Someone tell me this part passes?

I was the same exact way for the first trimester...I swear about week 14 I started sleeping straight through the night. Now, I'm right at week 19 and I'm back to the waking up every few hours. It's not as frequent and it's not to run to the restroom, but I just seem to wake up...especially if I fall asleep before 11ish. I fell asleep on Thursday night around 930 and at 11 I was up and wide awake.  It's kind of weird, but it definitely isn't much fun! Hang in there I think we're all right there with ya in some form. My biggest issue is being able to be comfortable...I'm an on my tummy sleeper and I tried the other night just to kind of lounge on my side/tummy and little turd kicked me until I got up LOL
