Ok...Has anyone else that had WLS have morning sickness for the whole 9 months? Like seriously...this is getting so annoying!! yes I am whining this is by far the worst thing to experience in my life! I thought pregnancy was suppose to be something to enjoy. But how can you enjoy it when you are sick everyday and not being able to eat anything you want cause it comes right back up.  I am having one of these days today and just so sick of being sick! I just want to enjoy this pregnancy and every time I think sickness is gone it comes right back.

I was sick the entire nine months.  I even got sick right before she was born.  I was in the hospital at that point.  I was sick form morning til night.  It was terrible.  i feel your pain.  But I can say that it has nothing to do with wls.  It is just normal preggo issues.  Sorry.  I hope you feel better soon.

Have you talked to your MW/OB? There are meds you can take to help with morning sickness.

I was pretty much sick the whole time with all 3 of mine. My last one was the worst in last trimester. I just tried to focus on the good and being excited to feel the baby move and knowing I was doing all I could to keep the baby safe. Hope it gets better for you but I know many ladies on this board who would love to be in your place and I think that is a big thing that got me to appreciate what a gift I was given with my babies. Hope everything gets better for you!

Some of us get blessed (not) with hyperemesis, or extreme vomitting. We vomit from the moment of conception until we deliver the placenta. It's actually how I knew I was pregnant. It's absolute hell. I even vomit from water. There are several meds you can try that are safe during pregnancy; zofran, phenergan, reglan, and compazine. Zofran works best for me, it comes in a sublingual version so you don't have to swallow it which is great when your heaving so badly. Talk to your doctor, and know that your not alone. A lot of us work very hard to have these babies even after the TTC  portion is over.

Good luck.

I agree with the Zofran suggestion! Thankfully my nausea wasn't horrible all the time, but for the few days when I felt REALLY ****ty, that little pill was a lifesaver!!!!

*giggle* I hated being pregnant. I had hyperemisis for 6 weeks and couldn't get out of bed so I feel your pain. I have read that most women are done with M/S by week 20. You are almost there.
