I started by just doing walks with my baby around the 3 month time. I would go for a mile in the morning and a mile at night. So it helped get my energy up and so then while she was napping during the day I would take 15 minutes more for some weight exercise or some step routines. Any little you can add in will help a lot You can do and you know it inside cause you did before. Drink and drink and add a little activity every single day. Good luck!!

Start little and don't beat yourself up. Those 60lbs were for a reason. You lost it once you can do it again. Did you have a support group when you first had surgery? I'd go back to that group for more peptalks. Also go back to basics. You might think you know everything about your diet but I bet you let a few things slip back in. Reread your post op diet and try to stick to it. You can do this!

Hello!!!! Don't get discouraged.... I am sort of similar boat like yours... I had RNY in Dec 2008... I managed to lose 130 lbs and gained like 15 back.  I still have like 70-80 lbs to lose and hubby and I have been trying to get preg and did 3 rounds of fertility treatments.

I haven't had any kids yet but like you I am trying to lose those lbs that crept up and some more plus I have the motivation to see if it helps me to get pregnant.

The ladies here had great ideas on walking with the baby in the a.m. and p.m...

I just got up, made coffee and going to do 1 hour work out..weight traning and walking with my dogs.  I need to go back to basics, like the ladies said... somehow I got all excited because I have lost over 100 lbs but then "poof" I lost momemtum...

Look into support groups... mine are an hour away from my house...but I might have to go back to them to keep me going.  At times I have felt horrible and thought going back to the support group would be like admitting I have failed.... but we are on this together...it is a lifetime change.

Chin up....you have married the man of your dreams (like you mentioned) and have had 3 babies!!!! Concentrate on the good!!!! Motivate yourself to be around them longer!!!! Think of them to get you motivated..

I think of my hubby and of the baby we both dream of...

Good Luck!
