RNY, Tummy Tuck AND Breast lift Post-Op
Hey Ladies!
My surgery was 12/04 and I've done really well! I also have a 6 year old and a 8 year old.
My plastics were done 6/08. Anchor tummy tuck (fleur-de-lis) as well as breast lift.
I'm about 16 weeks. Really excited and kinda scared because of my tummy tuck. It could get painful wiht all the stretching.
Just wanted to say hi!

Ok, well so far it looks like I'm alone in the postop tummy tuck pregnancy boat. That's OK!
I'll start taking pics as I grow and archive them to share with others if it would seem helpful. I HAVE seen a few things on youtube and it was helpful!
I guess my main concern is streching pain. I'll let you know how it goes.

I've been here since 2002, I just like to pretend I am NEW!
Hello there! I had a RNY in 2003 and a tummy tuck in 2006. I just had my baby in June. My tummy tuck was an extended (hip to hip). It took a long time to look pregnant and only at the very end did it really balloon out. My skin felt very tight and uncomfortable but never any pain. The only stretch marks I got were at the sternum area. My tummy is pretty flat again (ok there's a little pudding there)
I never thought to look on youtube, so smart!

I had an extended TT in Dec 09, and got pregnant the beginning of March '10. I am 32 weeks now, and the bottom of my tummy is still relatively flat, It looks like I am carrying my little man very high (but I also have a long torso). 8 more weeks to go, I still keep wondering if my belly will pop at the end?
It isn't painful for me but my skin and muscles definitely feel tight.

I have to say that I, even though I am only 14 weeks, I am huge..but I also am carrying very high and the bottom is flat as a board!! I am very short..4'10". I thought maybe I was carrying a boy since I carried low with my dtr, but maybe it is the surgery I had!
It's a girl !! Robyn Marie...!
