Kicked

Cry all you want to. Its a pregnant woman's right to cry I did it all the time. Like everyone else has said right before a new baby is a bad time to make a major change to the family income (upward, fine, downward, not so much) I really wanted to leave my job for quite some time during the pregnancy and since I've been here for 10 years everyone thought it was just the hormones. My best friend convinced me to wait 6 mos. after the baby was here to decide on it and that would be in two weeks. I don't think I'm leaving. Maybe all the stress on the job is being aggravated by him feeling the impending responsibility which could make it even seem worse. I would just hate to see him wish he had waited and with the number of people looking for jobs today, it will be refilled almost instantly...Hope things work out well for you guys.

Thank you Chavon.
I hope that whatever decision you make is the one that works best for you.  :-)

As for my hubby, there is the possibility that they will let him go sooner or later...I tried to kindly mention that at least he could get unemployment if he was let go rather than quit.

I guess time will tell...

Thanks again  :-)

Get it checked out (if you can find a dr who's in town?) just to be on the safe side.  If you can't find a dr in town and it gets bad, go to the ER...but I'd guess that you're fine.  Probably scared/pissed you off more than anything.  LOL...When I was about 8.5 months pregnant, DH and I went for a walk in the park, and I tripped over my own two feet.  Did a big belly flop - a full on belly flop - on the ground in the park.  Scared DH to death (he's the worrier in the family) but I was fine...and my son was fine.  Didn't go into labor until he was 4 days past due...so it obviously didn't effect him.

Make sure you get a different sparring partner next time!

I think you are absolutely right, I am probably more scared/pissed off than anything.
It really does annoy me that anyone could lack that much common sense.

I have not been able to find a doctor...even L&D won't take me ****il 16 weeks) but said I could go to the ER and then they would do it.

I've had the dull pain all day...I'll see how I feel tomorrow.

Yikes!!!  A belly flop? OUCHHHH, so glad you and your son were safe.

Ha ha ha, yeah, the silly part, I wasn't even sparring. I showed her a kick-I was instructing her...and where the lack of common sense came in was not even waiting for me to finish talking before doing the kick right into me. STUPID!!!  LOL   Then the other mishap of hers....ugh....
For sure, she needs to stay as far away from me as possible if she knows what is good for her. (ha ha ha ha)

Hope you're feeling better (mentally & physically) today...and that the pain has gone away.  If not...go to the ER to get checked out.
