I was kicked in the lower tummy last night in Kung Fu.
Stupid girl...she's clumsy and was just plain STUPID.

I have a dull pain...it's the side with the scar tissue...so I'm hoping it's just that.
I have called the doctor, waiting on a return call...

ughhhhhhh
(just had to complain)

Oh...and on top of it...hubby informed me last night he plans to quit his job today

Can I cry now?!?!?!

Someone rammed their shopping cart into my belly when I was preggo.  And I fell up the stairs onto my belly too.  I would go to the Dr. just to make sure everything is ok.

And sorry about the hubby, why is he quitting?

Thanks for the hug, I needed it  :-)
I got through my first pregnancy with no accidents until the day of delivery and I slipped and fell in the mud on the way to the hospital...LOL

Doc called and said if it was significant then to go and get an ultrasound...or I can wait it out...

He is working 2 jobs and the steady paycheck one, he has been at for like 13-14 years and they pay him basically a dollar for every year he's been there. I know it's not much, but it does make a dent in the bills. He is burnt out on it and the bad attitude they give him.
I'm just scared of not knowing how much he will bring in each and when the money will come in. I don't want to be the sole income that is steady. It's too much pressure

If crying makes you feel better---go for it. With these hormones I cry for NO good reason and you have good reason to!

Probably your little one is okay. Seems like a lot of ladies have some kind of trauma to their tummies during pregnancy and everything is fine. BUT--I'd still call and let your doctor know, just to be safe and get some peace of mind. You may them good, that's what they're there for.

I don't know your situation, but I hope your husband has a plan to bring money in, or you have substantial savings. Now is not the best time to be quitting a paying job. Maybe he has something else lined up?

Hope everything's okay on both issues.

Hi Kina,
Thanks, oddly crying makes everything better  :-)

Doc said if it was a significant enough then to go and have an ultrasound done.
Now that I'm calling around, there are no doctors available...they all went away for the weekend...ugh.

As for hubby, he works 2 jobs. He wants to quit the one with the steady paycheck and do strictly contract work...which means no idea of how much, when he'll get paid, etc on finances and it scares me.  :-(

Thanks again...it's great knowing I have people I can talk to.

Hugs,
Jessica

When I was 8 mos pregnant a file cabinet fell on top of me, as i was crouched on the floor. My co-workers seemed to think it was hillarious. I was scared for a few days. Sorry about the hubby, hope he has thought it through before deciding.

Wow, thank goodness for easy going bosses....

Yikes, glad I'm not the only one doing classes that can be dangerous...I'm truly just waiting till I advance rank and then I'm done for awhile....
