So TMI....but I lost my mucus plug!! Oh so gross! I know it can mean weeks away...but I'm excited! I have been crampy like crazy!! I hope this means he is coming soon!!

its a glob of muscus that creates a barrior from the outside of your vagina to the baby house.. helps keep infection out... once it falls out it generally means that you will start to dialate soon
