I hope Jakob's feeling better.  Give him a little extra lovin' and snuggles...it's hard when they're sick.

Had he been asleep right before you took his temp?  I can't swear to it, but I vaguely recall when my son was a baby and sick, the dr said not to take his temp immediately upon waking (or while  asleep) because the sleeping temp is slightly higher than the temp when awake.  Not that your son doesn't have a fever...just that if he was asleep or just woke up, you might not be getting an accurate reading.

Keep him drugged up to keep the fever down, and most important keep him drinking.  Don't worry about the food right now...hydration is most important.  It probably is just a virus and hopefully it'll run it's course quickly...but do take him to the dr tomorrow.  If it gets worse at night - or he starts having other problems - I'd say take him into the hospital.

Hope he's feeling better in the morning...and that you are able to get a little sleep with him tonight.

YES I GOT A FEW HOURS SLEEP HE JUST WANTED TO BE HELD WAY MORE THAN THE NORM.  I TOOK HIM TO THE DR THIS MORNING AND SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT IS BUT WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE HIS TWIN BROTHER DIDNT HAVE THIS PROBLEM SO I GAVE HIS URINE SAMPLE TO BE TESTED TO SEE WHATS WRONG IF ANYTHING PLUS SHE GAVE HIM A ANTIBIOTIC AND TOLD ME TO CONTINUE ALTERNATING THE MOTRIN AND TYLENOL SO FAR SO GOOD

My mom always made us take cold baths (as cold as we could stand it) and alternated the tylenol/motrin. It could just be a bad virus or even a combination of more than one thing. Just keep checking it. Where are you taking his temp? Oral, rectal, tympanic or temporal? this has some bearing on what is considered high.

Good luck. Hoping it stops asap!
