cramping after positive test

Is it normal to feel constant cramping (just like period cramps) when 5 weeks pregnant?

I had dull aches and little twinges. I think it' normal. As long as they are not frequent & very painful.

According to everything I have read in What to Expect and other on line sources.. Yes, it can be normal. Even spotting can be normal if it is light. It's kinda freaking me out and making me 2nd guess the 3 pregnancy tests I took. We are right around the same week!

HW:260+ SW: 248 Pre-Preg 180 Post-Preg Starting Wt: 225 Current PP wt: 195 GW: 170ish.
