I have Boy/Girl twins. They were conceived via IUI prior to my weight loss surgery. They were born @ 31 weeks & 2 days gestation due to severe preeclampsia. They weighed 3lbs 3 oz & 3lbs 5oz. I only gained about 20 lbs with them & that was the last month when my swelling got so bad. I was on best rest starting @ 27 weeks due to high BP & swelling. They were in the NICU for 6 wks. They had their 3 yr check-up today & are right on track. Dr actually commented that they have an advanced vocabulary. The beginning was very hard, but they are so much fun. Congratulations !!!
