I'm just curious do you and the donor have "relations" or is it turkey basted in?

One of my coworkers asked me once why I don't "just do it the old fashioned way"....I asked her if her husband would want her to have "relations" with another man to get pregnant. She said "NO"!!!
He puts it in a sterile cup for us and we use a sterile syringe! Thanks for asking though!!
