Getting really impatient!!

 I have til Next Tuesday Sept 21st to find out the sex of our baby!!!! I just want to know now I am getting impatient. At first I wanted this to be a surprise because it is our first baby but hubby and I cannot agree on this. He wants to know now and I do not want to argue with him while we are getting our ultrasound done so of course I am giving in and letting him have his way so we will hopefully be able to find out the sex just for him. I did tell him though that sometimes we may not even know up until the end because the baby has to show us the private parts. In a way I am thinking it would be kool if baby does not show us and then I can have it be a surprise like I want. However deep down I would really want to know so I can figure out a name for the baby. Even though I am going to be last minute because I do believe I have to see my baby's face before I give my baby a name. I have tons picked out for each sex and will have to check my baby out before giving him or her a name anyways. I am so excited and want the next 6 days to fly by!!

Hey there, try to think of something else in the meantime. Bring a sugar free red bull to sip in case baby is sleeping or posing covering their goods, lol.

 Yeah...I am thinking of eating a good breakfast cause normally the baby moves after I eat for a good while. My appt is at 1030am so as long as I eat something before I go and make sure I have a full bladder Im hoping baby will be really active then. 

I drank a lemonade and that seemed to do the trick for me!

You know, at first I wanted it to be a surprise, too... but it's so nice to be able to call the baby by name instead of "it" or "the baby"... and I feel like I can really bond with her now! When I get home, my husband says, "How are my girls?" It's fun!

I again feel ya there girl! I have what seems like an eternity to wait for my next ultrasound. My oldest step-daughter and my grandmother's birthday is October 27th and I'm going to TRY to get that date for my US and take Mindy with me. She keeps saying "mom. you can tell me what the baby is for my birthday present!" She's such a sweetie and this baby is the only thing she can talk about and write about in her writing journal for school. I would love to take her with me, but then again I'm just not sure I can wait that long. They like to do the ultrasound at 20 weeks, so it should be right around that date, but if I can get it earlier I just might! LOL decisions decisions!

 Hey Kerri!! Funny how you talk about birthday present..and I am going to pray that I get the best birthday gift this year for my birthday!! Which is to know the sex of my baby a week exactly before my Birthday!! My 31st Birthday is Sept 28th and being my first ultrasound is a week before that makes it even more better of a birthday for me!!! I am praying for the best gift ever which is to find out the sex of my baby!!

Ok woman we have to stop this lmao!!! My birthday is the 26th and I'll be 29!! Everytime we seem to post similar thoughts or experiences it cracks me up!!!

 Yeah you know I start laughing too. At least we can be smiling no matter what at each others posts. When we are down and out later on in pregnancy from being really moody we can cheer each other up ;)

However, I AM partial to knowing ahead of time. I like to plan names, colors, ideas, nursery.....blah blah! So I am kinda with DH on this one.

But if you are not comfy with it, tell him you don'**** to know.
