I bought a Pregnancy Journal at Barnes and Noble. On the front cover it says My pregnancy Journal and it has a woman that has a pregnant belly and the binder is purple. I love this journal it has everything in it from preparing for baby, prenatal notes, baby shower info, first trimester, second, and third trimester spaces it goes from each week to the next. Even a spot to put your scan photo. Plus little pockets in each section for lose papers if you want to add them to the journal. And this journal also has what you would want for your birth plan, section for notes on parenting classes, also how your labor went and the arrival of new babys information. This Journal is very great I love it!! The book cost 22 bucks. Not bad.
