It's a GIRL!!!!

Holy crap. I'm still trying to wrap my head around having a daughter! I'm tripping out! I was certain that it was a boy. So much for mother's intuition!

My husband and I are both thrilled. I just hope to raise her to be well-rounded so that she's not obsessed with princesses and the color pink. Ha!

The ultrasound technician said that she is certain that it's a girl because when she looked between the legs (got several good shots) there was "nothing there." My husband said, "Well then, for the baby's sake, I hope to GOD that it's NOT a boy!!" LOL!!

During dinner, I looked at my husband and said, "Oh, crap!" He goes, "What is it?!" I said, "This means we only have about 25 years to save for her wedding!!"

P.S...nobody really expects the brides parents to foot the wedding bill anymore. Lots of couples are financing it themselves and (as a result) being much more economical about it. LOL
