Hunger
I started feeling like if I didn't eat something now I was going to eat my own foot around 2 days after BFP. It was immediate for me. I snack real often, as it seems every hour on the hour I'm massively hungry, yet I have not gained anything yet. My calorie intake has been up'd to about 1600-1700 calories a day due to constant hunger.

I did not start feeling hungry until I hit second trimester. Now thats all I want to do is eat..and I have not felt any hunger pains until now..and I am a year out of surgery and a few months. Just experiencing the need to eat more. At first it was horrible I could not eat at all I had morning sickness soo bad it was impossible.
Since my morning sickness subsided at 9w4d. Now after about 2 hours I am STARVING!
I started at 324lbs and a size 26. After losing 100 lbs, I became pregnant with my first daughter, who was born in March 2011. My second daughter was born in September 2013. I have maintained a healthy lifestyle and now hover around 160lbs. I would like to get back to the 140lbs before I became pregnant with my second daughter. The sleeve literally gave me LIFE - two beautiful, healthy little girls. My husband had his VSG with Dr. Marema on 10/1/2012 and is on his weight loss journey, currently down 90lbs.
I was too nauseous and tired during the first trimester to eat much...and would work hard at just stomaching cheese and crackers. But now that I am not constantly vomiting I am ALWAYS hungry!!
I am 2 1/2 years RNY post-op and never really dealt with hunger, post-surgery, until this pregnancy. Now all I can think about is food and I even dream about it, lol.
I have gained a total of four pounds (which is the first time in my life a doctor has ever congratulated me for weight gain)but feel like I should have gained at least 20 based on how much I feel I have been eating, lol. I now refer to myself as a hobbit since I have dubbed my various meals first breakfast, second breakfast, etc.
