Best of luck to you on TTC!! I got pregnant exactly a year out of surgery and I wanted to lose another 20 lbs but i am very happy and it was a surprise. I am still sorta losing weight cause I am maintaining my weight very well at 4 months pregnant!! I have not gained a pound or lost anything. My nutritionist said in terms I am losing weight just that the baby is maintaining my weight for me cause the baby is weighting some and everything else. I would be very lucky to maintain my weight the whole time and end up losing 10lbs after baby is born. Then I would just have to lose another 10 and I will be at my goal weight. However it all depends on if I do gain or not gain. I am on a strict weight gain if I do gain my Ob does not want me to gain anymore than 15lbs.
