concieving after a c-section

As all of you know I lost my son 3 months ago due to trisomy 18.  I had a c-section.  My doctor said it was ok to try again 4 to 6 months.  Anyone else triied to concieve again  this soon after c-section?  I feel good healed nicely.  I did not have stitches I  had the dermabond glue.  You can 't even tell I had surgery.  Anyone else trying to concieve  so soon after any advice?  I want to have a baby as soon as possible and not because we lost our son.  He was our first and will always be the first  sweet child in our lives.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your wonderful baby boy.  If your doc said wait four months, maybe just give it one more cycle and then start trying again.  Best wishes to you.

I'm so sorry about your loss.  To be honest with you, I had a c section and 5 months later was preggo again.  Had another c section and got preggo again about 7 months. All are healthy and fine.  I didn't have a problem either.  Good luck.

I would wait the extra month. I also just want to tell you I have been thinking about you as my day grows closer. I suck with names so I couldn't ask about you on here. *hugs*

Oh, I don't know much about the trisomy but what are the chances you would have another baby with the soma condition?

hi the real name is deitrice my name oh is my nickname.  It is only a 1% chance.  They said it is not hereditery.  so I hope I don;t have to worry about any of this again.
