Sage's Dr. appt today... lots of pics and question??
Sage had her 4 month appt today (2 weeks late). My big girl is 15 lbs, 24 inches, and her hugeee noggin is still in the 90th percentile!!! The Dr. said she is very advanced and while interacting with her stated many times she cannot believe she is only four months old. She is a veryyy strong girl, rolling around all over the place. Can bring herself almost to a crawling position and even holds herself standing up against the coffee table (of course mommy or daddy place her there). She is eating barley cereal and sweet potatoes and pears. She loves to babble and blow bubbles. She also got 3 vaccinations today
We did discover an umbilical hernia, which I've been suspecting. My Dr said it was common and should resolve itself on its own. Anyones baby had this that didn't require intervention? It doesn't hurt her when pushed on it and is relatively small.
She is the best baby, if they could all be exactly like her I would have 10 more. Great sleeper and hardly ever cries!

No info re the hernia...but she's a cutie. I like the really close up picture...sort of a 'You lookin' at ME?' expression. I bet she's gonna be an early walker as much as she's moving around. I remember when my son was young (maybe 12-15 months old), we had a lady who baby sat him for a few weeks (stopped using her because he screamed bloody murder every time he saw her...and he wasn't like that with anyone else...so I just figured there was something about her that wasn't right...)...anyways...she also babysat a baby girl who was six months old...and the six month old was up and walking all over the place! I'd never seen a baby that young walking before. It was amazing. Who knows...maybe Sage will do it too?
