Fun ways to share gender?

I still have a month before I will hopefully know the gender of my child...but I can't help getting excited thinking about it.

My husband will be out of town when I find out the gender...so I want a fun way to share the findings with both my husband and my parents in person.

If I can't think of anything else I will make a cake, dye the batter either blue or pink, and hide the color with icing...but neither my parents or husband really enjoy cake (I sure wish I didn't, lol).

Anyway, any thoughts or suggestions on a fun way to share the findings with my family that doesn't involve cake?

Or you could just frost it with pink or blue icing, and put yellow dots on it. Those icing bags and food dye are oh-so-creative!!

They have fun iron on things you can print from the computer and you could make a shirt that says "it's a ..." or a M or F symbol and see how long it takes them to notice! Then you don't have to worry about the cake!
