Cramps while on vacation

Not my friend...yesterday we stayed at home doing chores and I had dr's appt for the ovary check.
Today we went to Ripleys Believe it or not for fun..it was ok.  Then, I was really sleepy - we thought maybej going to a movie but I swear I could fall asleep.  Got home went to bed and fell asleep in no time.  Slept for about an hour or so, and woke up with the worse cramps....the weather is rainy and perfect for napping.  

What do you take for cramps? From what I know we can only take Tylenol.

Tonight we are going to dinner show Arabian Nights...never seen it... excited!!!

But I want my cramps to stop!!!!

The best relief for me is to hold a ho****er bottle on my stomach. I don't like to take a lot of pain pills.

I'm not a fan of medication either, especially for mild pain, but if your cramps are really that bad I'd take tyelenol(extra strength rapid release for me).  No advil or Ibuprofen.  Hope you feel better:)
