"You look skinnier every time I see you"

I should really take this as a compliment, but I find this really weird. I am 18 weeks pregnant and not showing AT ALL. In fact, I'm still wearing all my pre-pregnancy clothes. I've had 3 different people ask me if I'm still losing weight, that I'm "lookin' good" and that I'm getting skinnier. I've even had people say, "What the heck! I thought you said you were pregnant! Where's your belly?"  And I have not gained even one pound.

It's my first pregnancy, and I know women who didn't even start to show until 24-28 weeks. Crazy! How about you guys?

Don't worry. I didn't show with my first until nearly 22wks. With this one it was about the same. You are probably gettting compliments because your chest is getting bigger which makes your waist look smaller. With a  first you may not show for some time, and being post GB you might not even gain much if any weight. Don'tworry about what size you are as long as the baby is healthy. Your belly will come sooner than you know it.

With my Tristan I didn't really show until like 7 months. I continued to loose weight beside eating tons.... :)

This time, losing weight again, but I can't button my pants and am having to use my maternity pants at FOUR months.

I SO wish I wasn't showing like I am. When I went to the Docs last week I made him make sure there was only one since I am showing so early. A friend of mine looked 9 months pregnant at 5 months (granted this was with her 5th)

I got the same thing when I went to see my family 2 weeks ago. My uncle was actually shocked and said something along the lines of...pregnancy has done you well cus you look a lot skinner than the last time I saw you. The last time he saw me was almost 3 months ago and that was when I was about the weight I am now. I seem to be bouncing up and down between 185-189. I might have been a pound or two lighter when I saw him last because I had been on a diet for a few weeks prior. I, however, am already choosing to wear maternity clothes. My clothes fit, but just aren't comfortable due to my ever so friendly bloating constantly!

I went for a u/s at a 3 place at like 20 weeks and the lady told me how lucky I was that my belly was so flat?!  It was the one (well two b/c I have two little ones) I was A okay with having a middle!  I never really showed....I put the hospital in a panic when they saw me when my water broke. 

I got that for the longest. I am just now getting to the point where people are starting to want to ask if I am or are bold enough to ask LOL. Then when I tell them I am 7 months their mouths drop open they cannot hardly believe it. I am still in my pre pregnancy clothes too.

I didn't realllyyyyy start to show until 8 months, and even then there was people who did not know I was pregnant by looking at me.

I actually am showing now but this one is number 3 for me. I did go to my husbands hometown a couple weeks ago and I had not been to the church sense before my surgery, and there were a lot of people that told me that they did not even know it was me, then they would ask my husband if I was pregnant because they did not want to put their foot in their mouth to ask me! So of course I thought that was funny.
