I have to say my days really vary. I try to make sure I eat breakfast, but some times that's really tough...usually I eat this really good oatmeal I found that I can manage to stomach and it's the new Quaker Oats stuff and my favorite flavor is the hazelnut latte. It also helps to satisfy my craving for coffee believe it or not. I've found that since I've found out I was pregnant I've been more of a non stop picker throughout the day versus eating meals. I try to eat the right snacks..laughing cow cheese, light cheese sticks etc. I've been trying to get in at least 1 serving of tuna a week...I like to make tuna patties and they're super high in protein and easy for me to eat. I have had huge cravings for anything with tomato sauce or italian. My biggest weakness has been pizza rolls lol. I let myself have a few when I get the urge. I've went from a white bread girl to a 7 grain wheat when I want a sandwich. I have been craving carbs and the whole wheat pasta seems to be a better choice. Pickles are another weakness and it seems like I'm constantly grabbing some here and there. Yogurt has been a big part of my daily dairy intake, as I don't drink milk. Veggies and fruits are all working well for me also. I started out at 185, went up to 189 and now I'm back down to 186. My doctor doesn't seem concerned and is happy with the way things have been progressing so far. So, as you can see everything seems to be here, there and everywhere. LOL

As for the drinking part goes, I had a rough time with the water at first, but it's getting much easier. I've still been drinking some soda here and there, but I make sure it's a diet caffeine free version.

Good luck in your pregnancy and hopefully you find a way of eating that works for you! :)

Everyone is different depending on how much you are before the BFP and how far out you are. But I will give you an idea with both.

Before preggers
B 1/2 egg and half a wheat waffle w/ peanut butter. (I share w/ my son alot. lol)
L chicken salad sandwich on 1 slice wheat bread
s 1/4 nectarine
D 1 slice lasagna w/ meat sauce (2x3) and 1/2 cp veggis
Now at 31wks.
B 1 egg and 1/2 waffle w/pb
S 1/4 apple
L BLT on 2 slices wheat bread (I eat about 2/3 or so now)
S 2-3 microwaved chicken nuggets (from frozen)
D 2 small fish tacos with green salsa

I find that I can eat more in a sittig  when I'm pregnant or lactating. You may find the same. With my son my eating size went back to almost nothing right after I had him, then when I started lactating I thought they started to bring my hubby and I less food. lol.

Hope that helps.

My OB, NUT and Surgeon agreed on the following
1500-1800 calories
90 grams of protein
100 grams of carbs
at least 64 oz of water

Good luck!

I find myself eating more often but still trying to stick to protien (bars, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, ect.)  I'm most definitely eating more and just hope my appetie will suppress once the baby is born.

Mine prior to pregnancy was insanely small portions. I am a rare case though now since I'm on 23 1/2 hrs a day bedrest and my husband has to do everything which also makes some choices worse since he can't cook well and I can't get up much to get to the frig.

B- oatmeal or rice krispy cereal (3/4 c) with small amount of milk and 1/2 banana
S other half banana
L- Left overs usually 1 cup of something usually have a veggie with it
S- pretzels (about 10 ) sometimes Cheerios with green grapes only 1/2 c
D-Steamed broccoli with cheese and spaghetti
