As far as me, I am on Cycle Day 68. To refresh you, I went to the doctor on 8/10, and had bloodwork done, which came back negative. Then I went back on 8/24 (as they requested if I didn't get AF) and they acted like I was crazy for coming back, and to continue to wait. They don't give Provera to bring on AF unless you've missed 3 periods. So they told me to return at the end of September when AF is due, and if I miss yet another cycle, they want me to come in and see the Doctor for further examination.
But now within the past week, I have been developing pains in my lower left abdomen, right where my left ovary is. I became worried and thought maybe it was Ectopic, but the pregnancy tests keep coming back negative. So I called the Ob again on Friday and made an appt for Wednesday morning. They said if it gets progressively worse and painful, to go to the ER.
We DTD on Friday night, and I felt a horrible sharp pain. That lead me to believe that it must in fact be yet another cyst. I had a cyst about 5 months ago, we DTD and it must have ruptured because it went away shortly thereafter.
So no AF, no DTD, no baby, no real answers from the doctor.
I am really worried if this is going to continue happening in upcoming months, whenever I do finally get AF. I didn't want to "Try" per se, because they say when you try that's when it doesn't happen. I was going to let nature take its course and hope it would happen.
I am going to talk to the doctor about Clomid when I go in on Wednesday. I don't know if it does anything for cysts, but it couldn't hurt I suppose.
And I was tested for PCOS about 1 year ago. The doctor said I didn't have enough symptoms to confirm it, but now I think that could very well be a possibility.
I am sorry for going on and on, I am just worried and tired now, and emotionally stressed with not receiving any answers and (now) being in pain.
Thanks ladies. Enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend. <3
I want to help... so keep me posted. Keep that chin up okay.

Thanks Shari. It really feels good to know others are listening.
I don't have a history of cysts aside from the one I had 5 months ago. They did bloodwork previously and tested for PCOS but the doctor said she doubted I had it from the results. I never had any ultrasounds done.
I never have painful periods. They usually come every 28-32 days (since about one year ago when I reached my weightloss goal) and last about 4-6 days. The doctor says I am most likely reverting back to the way I was Pre-op, and so I am going to be irregular again. (I don't believe that at all, I honestly don't think she knows).
I am 26 years old, will be 27 soon. I am familiar with symtoms of ovulation and this definitely doesn't feel like it. I am also not in the time during the month when I *should* be ovulating. I normally ovulate between the 10th and the 20th.
Trying to remain positive, but this is wearing on me. I have severe anxiety and OCD, so this is difficult to manage alone. My husband is trying to be supportive, but in the same sense he feels like he can't do anything and that upsets him.
Thanks for listening - hopefully I get some answers on Wednesday.
Shannyn - Congratulations!!!
I'm on CD 12. Did clomid this cycle; sticking to the scientific regimen of BDing on CD 10, 12, 14, and 16 this cycle. Guess that's about it for me. Just pray that this cycle is the one!
