BP Relief

Well, after a VERY long 2 hour dr's visit...I'm FINALLY home. My BP was 110/80 and we listened o the little peanut's heart beat for the first time!! I'm so in love! I think I'm still in awe and just ecstatic. I started doing 20-30 minutes of intervals on my eliptical machine and changed my eating habits up a lot. Dr thinks that's partially to blame for the great BP numbers. So, now I have 4 more weeks to wait and then I have my appointment. I got to see the OB this time instead of the NP and she was very aware of my situation with the gastric and I'm scheduled to have my early glucose test done at my next visit. She also told me that they do not make their patients do the glucose testing due to the side effects of dumping on gastric bypass patients. I'm so stinkin excited and happy about this visit that I don't even think I'm angry after waiting as long as I did! :) I couldn't be happier!
